About

I am a third-year law student at Fordham Law. I focus on digital assets, DeFi, and AI. My coursework covers blockchain, smart contracts, and DeFi alongside securities regulation, corporate finance, and securitization.

My note, Registered Agents of the DAO, starts from the gap between liability and enforcement. Courts treat DAOs as general partnerships, but the doctrine reaches only defendants visible enough to find, so Samuels v. Lido DAO caught prominent VCs while the protocol’s architects went unreachable. The note proposes a federal framework: DAOs with a U.S. nexus designate a registered agent and maintain a liquid reserve fund, and exchanges that list noncompliant governance tokens face independent liability. It is forthcoming in the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law in 2027. I am also Senior Notes Editor of the Journal.

This semester I am a law clerk at the Wyoming Stable Token Commission, supporting the legal and compliance frameworks for the Frontier (FRNT) Token, the first fiat-backed, fully reserved stable token issued by a U.S. public entity. In the spring I will join the DeFi Education Fund as a legal extern, supporting its DeFi policy research and regulatory advocacy before Congress and federal agencies.

I also work on legal AI. I founded Legal IQ and prototyped an AI-powered legal compliance platform for early-stage startups. This past summer, as a law clerk at Fidelity National Financial, I developed AI-assisted research and document analysis workflows. I am now Fordham’s student ambassador for Harvey, the legal AI platform.
